Constant Contact, a digital marketing and automation platform, has introduced ‘Campaign Builder’ for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to automate their marketing. The Campaign Builder utilizes artificial intelligence and other cutting-edge technologies to automatically generate turnkey multi-channel marketing campaigns for SMBs.

Constant Contact launched Campaign Builder as its recent study found that small businesses lack marketing expertise. It stated that over half of SMBs have less than an hour each day for marketing, and 73% express doubt that their strategy is effective. As such, Campaign Builder solves these challenges by speeding up the creation process and suggests better ways for small businesses to reach their target customers, based on benchmarked best practices, including new channels and initiatives.
