The campaign has an emotional lift with the power to make your day a little better. Costa Coffee recognizes the fact that the cup of coffee is more than just a drink – it’s an experience.
The ad shows an unlucky-in-love young woman who is waiting to hear back from her date, following her as she goes her morning routine, eventually ending up in Costa Coffee, where a friendly barista and a freshly crafted coffee helps her to turn her frown upside-down.
