New Zealand reigns as Isuzu “Master Of All Roads” in the automobile manufacturer’s latest hi-octane action-packed film series. It features New Zealand’s punishing terrain and expert driving from some of Asia Pacific’s best motorsport drivers, who have been pitted against each other and against some of the world’s most brutal landscapes.
The series was filmed by Triton Film Bangkok in New Zealand and directed by Tenn, an automotive specialist. Isuzu touts the sequences to be some of the most impressive and exhilarating imaginable. Before filming in New Zealand, Triton Film conducted a global search for the planet’s most breathtaking and challenging roads. It zeroed down on locations in Central Otago, a southeastern region on New Zealand’s South Island.
Central Otago is highly renowned for its spectacular scenery. Moreover, this region has been featured as the backdrop for some of Hollywood’s blockbusters, like The Lord of the Rings; The Hobbit Trilogy; Mission Impossible – Fallout; and Vertical Limit among others.
Belinda Bradley, Executive Producer at Film Construction, expressed thrill to have been chosen by Isuzu for this campaign and to showcase the beauty and ruggedness of Central Otago to the world, along with the top-notch capabilities of the New Zealand crew. “It’s wonderful to welcome international filmmakers back to New Zealand. Our friends at Triton Film Bangkok worked tirelessly to capture some awe-inspiring footage that will leave motor-heads gasping.”
“Master Of All Roads” is Isuzu’s testament to the durability and ruggedness of its vehicles.
