Maximize Your Burger Budget With Killer Burger’s Loyalty Program

Killer Burger, an award-winning better burger chain based in Portland, Oregon, recently announced major strides in strengthening its brand. From launching a customer loyalty program to adding top talent to its leadership, the growing company is thoughtfully reinforcing its brand positioning.

Rewarding Loyal Customers

After months of development, Killer Burger launched its first-ever loyalty program, Killer Rewards. The free program provides members with exclusive perks like product rewards, experiential giveaways, and member-only promotions. The loyalty program demonstrates Killer Burger’s commitment to putting customers first and rewarding their loyal fans.

Adding Industry Expertise

To help guide the brand’s growth, Killer Burger added Nick Scarpino, SVP of Marketing and Off-Premise Dining at Portillo’s Hot Dogs, to its board of directors. With years of experience in restaurant marketing and digital functions, Scarpino will lend valuable expertise as Killer Burger accelerates its expansion plans. His appointment follows Paul Twohig joining the board in 2021 and signals the company’s focus on building a strong leadership team.

Expansion Plans

On the heels of launching its loyalty program and adding board members, Killer Burger announced plans to open three more restaurants in 2023. This includes a company-owned location in Medford, Oregon and two franchised restaurants in West Linn and Salem, Oregon. Killer Burger also signed multi-unit franchising deals to open nine new restaurants in Oregon, Washington and Idaho over the next four years. Overall, these new openings and deals will increase Killer Burger’s store count to 31 locations.

Through strategic moves to engage customers, bring on key leaders and expand to new locations, Killer Burger is crafting a brand that burger lovers can’t resist. The company’s meticulously made burgers and focus on the customer experience have garnered Killer Burger local and national recognition. Building on this success, the growing chain is positioning itself to become the Pacific Northwest’s favorite burger brand.
