BMB has introduced a dedicated unit ‘BMB Forge’ for branding and design. It offers end-to-end brand development, from initial brand strategy, positioning and purpose, to visual identity and tone of voice. BMB Forge is being headed by BMB CEO Jason Cobbold, David Bain – founding partner, and Ted Smith – head of design. The newly established unit’s first client was Rewind TV.
Cobbold said BMB has always looked at using creativity to help businesses as a whole. “This approach is more important for the C-suite today than ever. I’m thrilled to launch BMB Forge into the world, officially bringing together our strategic insight and design capabilities under one offering.”
Bain believes creating brands from the ground up is about as challenging and rewarding as it gets. Smith said design’s impact on brand perceptions has always been integral. “Interweaving design thinking with strategic expertise, BMB Forge will ensure our design output is as effective as possible.”

BMB Forge helped Rewind TV create its logo, brand identity, flexible idents, and animations.
