Logan Paul Wants to Take Over WWE with PRIME Marketing

Logan Paul has struck gold by sealing a record-setting deal to feature ‘PRIME’ sports drink logo in the center of the wrestling mat. Prime has become the first-ever brand to feature its logo in this manner.

This is the largest deal that WWE has ever struck with a sponsor, making the sports beverage its official hydration drink partner in a two-year sponsorship. This deal promises to reshape the landscape of WWE premium live events, starting with WrestleMania 40.

WWE, in a press release, stated that PRIME will have center-mat branding at premium live events such as WrestleMania and Money in the Bank, ‘key brand placement’ at WrestleMania and Survivor Series, and several other perks, including match sponsorships, social support from WWE Superstars across retail and digital activations.

Logan Paul, a professional wrestler and co-founder of Prime beverages, said the sale of the ad space was an inevitable progression, irrespective of the brand involved. He highlighted it as one of the most significant moments for the brand and the company. “Combining two of my greatest achievements into one knockout partnership is a dream come true. We’ve worked incredibly hard at PRIME to build a brand that disrupts the beverage industry and it’s time to join forces with the global leader in sports entertainment.”

Triple H, fellow wrestler and WWE head of creative, said Logan and his team have built PRIME as a phenomenal brand in a short time. “We’re excited to help showcase PRIME Hydration across our biggest events.”

The sports drink had signed a similar deal with UFC in January. TKO, the parent company, in a press release said this brought together global partnerships teams at UFC and WWE to form a singular global partnerships unit with a unified sponsorship strategy.
