The mall was announced at the World Government Summit and is currently in the development phase as the group examines customer needs and expectations closely.

Customers can find Carrefour, VOX Cinemas, THAT Concept Store, Ghawali and Samsung Store within the mall, along with many other exciting brands and features.

Dubai’s The Mall of the Metaverse is planning to offer a diverse range of experiences. From weddings and space travel to recruitment, utility services, international networking, and healthcare, the possibilities seem endless. The UAE has been at the forefront of this trend, making numerous announcements in the past year. For example, couples can now tie the knot in the Metaverse Chapel of Love, while aspiring astronauts can explore Mars from Earth.

Job interviews and virtual visits to the Dubai Frame are also possible using avatars. Moreover, Dubai has launched ‘DEWAVerse’ and the Ministry of Economy HQ, providing digital solutions to many of its services.

Additionally, the Virtual World offers medical tourism initiatives and access to physical hospital services. Overall, Dubai’s enthusiasm for the virtual world highlights its potential to revolutionize how we experience and interact with each other.

Dubai’s virtual world has seen the UAE make significant progress, with three healthcare groups venturing into it. Last year, the Etisalat store in the Dubai Mall was exhibited in the metaverse. Dubai has a metaverse strategy that strives to create 40,000 virtual jobs and contribute $4 billion to its economy within five years.
