Rise: Zara McDermott Launches Ready-to-wear Brand, Accessible, Inclusive and Comfortable

Love Island fame Zara McDermott has launched ‘Rise’ a new women’s ready-to-wear brand in collaboration with Luminoso Brands. Rise aims to offer comfort, inclusivity, and style and caters to the diverse needs of today’s fashion-loving individuals.

McDermott said she envisioned Rise for a long time. “I have been working on this for the past few years. I knew this had to be perfect, and it had to speak to all women. It had to be accessible and inclusive, as well as comfortable and wearable. I wanted each piece to speak for itself. And I worked on each design to ensure that it had that ‘reach for’ factor, those staples in your wardrobe that you just reach for all the time because they are so versatile.”

She said Rise has been designed for easy outfit building, layering, and an overall sense of ease. It utilizes super-soft fabrics, including modal mixes and butter-soft Spandex and linen. McDermott highlighted that fabrics have been the crucial element. “I wanted the fabrics to be so soft to touch and delicate on the body. I think we have achieved something beautiful, and I am excited for this first drop of Rise, and for the brand to evolve as it grows.”

The media personality added that Rise is for everyone. “Not just women my age, but all women, with inclusive sizing, cuts, and shapes that suit everyone.”
