Inter Miami captain Lionel Messi has launched a sports hydration drink brand Mas+ that will take on Logan Paul’s Prime. Mas+ is a low sugar drink. It contains electrolytes and vitamins without artificial sweeteners, colors, or caffeine. Messi’s latest product comes in four flavors – Miami Punch, Orange d’Or, Berry Copa Crush, and Limon Lime League.
The football sensation says he wanted a drink that he could share with his family, friends, and the next generation. “I believe everyone, not just elite athletes, deserves Positive Hydration – amazing taste, with natural flavors, no artificial sweeteners or colors, and no caffeine,” Messi said. “No compromise on quality ingredients. Mas+ was created to inspire everyone to enjoy more music, laughter, friends, family to get more out of life.”
In regards to the brand name ‘Mas+’, the Argentine footballer explained it means ‘more’ in Spanish. “The + stands for even more positivity. Because in every part of my life, I always think and act positively.”
Messi shared that to achieve his goals he had to learn the importance of health and hydration. “I spent time searching but I just couldn’t find one with both amazing taste and the right ingredients. So I went to work on a drink of my own. One with more of the flavors I love and a balanced blend of electrolytes, a drink I feel is better for my family and friends.”
Mas+ is packed with natural flavors and just 10 calories per 16.9 oz bottle. It boasts unrivaled taste. Available in cans and bottles, Mas+ will first hit the stores in Miami from June 13 followed by a bigger rollout in supermarkets across the United States in August, and a global launch later in the year.
