Clipper Tea Champions “Good Tea” That’s Natural and Fair Too

Clipper Tea is highlighting the need for ethical tea sourcing in its extensive new campaign “There’s tea, then there’s GOOD tea”. This is said to be Clipper Tea’s biggest-ever marketing push.

The campaign, developed with creative agency Isobel, is a colorful, cheerful animation. It features a tropical bird dancing with pleasure after taking a sip of Clipper’s ethical tea. Ben Stump, Isobel’s executive creative director, described Clipper as a joyous brand with a wonderful, genuine personality. “They aim to make good tea in all senses of the word. Most tea brands claim to make a delicious cuppa, but Clipper knows that it’s only really good, if it’s a natural and fair cuppa too.”

Hayley Murgett, Ecotone European head of category hot drinks, said they wanted to persuade more consumers to question their tea choices as not all tea is fair, or natural. “With that objective in mind, our new campaign is striking and memorable work that heroes the goodness of Clipper, while campaigning for the protection of biodiversity. I can’t wait to see the impact that it has on consumers.
