Samsung Deploys Giant 3D Billboard Campaign for Galaxy Z Fold5 and Flip5 Smartphones

Samsung has come up with a 3D billboard campaign to showcase its new Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5 smartphones. The digital billboard features giant 3D smartphones and two celebrity brand ambassadors Raheem Sterling and Fearne Cotton.

They can be seen interacting with the massive 3D models of Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5; Sterling is intensely engrossed in an action-packed game and Cotton enjoys yoga. Annika Bizon, Marketing and Omnichannel Director at Samsung said their latest launch represents the next stage in evolution. “It is about engaging, not telling consumers what they can expect from our latest foldable devices. With that in mind, what better way to bring to life this campaign than with a powerful OOH activation in the form of 3D billboards across the UK.”

Bizon says the innovation and joy of the specially built 3D billboards reflects what Samsung stands for as a brand, and the amazing technology the company is bringing to the market. Richard Hayter, group creative director at Iris, said the new phones are awesome, but folding handsets are still a tiny slice of the mobile market. “So when our clients said ‘go big’, we took them at their word.
